• What is a blind box?
Blind Box refers to the type of packaging that keeps the collectible Designer Art Card a mystery until it is opened. Blind boxes typically come in series that shows a collection; some Designer Art Cards are rarer to find than others, these are referred to as "chase", “hit”, or "secret" cards.
• Can I buy a specific card directly from the blind box series?
Unfortunately, due to the unique nature of blind boxes, we are unable to accommodate specific product request for purchase. However, we do offer special “bundle” packages with guaranteed configurations that may meet your request.
• Can I definitely get the chase, hit or secret cards?
No, there is no guarantee that you will receive a chase or secret card unless you purchase a specific bundle deal or sealed case and it is disclosed in the item description that it includes a specific card or guaranteed hit. However, there is always a certain chance to get a chase, hit, or secret card (varies by different series).
Order Inquiry
• Can I change my address after placing an order?
We strive to process and ship orders as quickly as possible. For this reason, shipping addresses cannot be changed once an order has been paid. We kindly remind all customers to carefully review and confirm their shipping information before completing payment, as incorrect or incomplete addresses may lead to delivery issues or failed deliveries.
If your order has already shipped and the address is incorrect, you may try contacting the courier directly once the package reaches the final delivery phase. To do this:
• I placed an order and wanted to cancel it because I didn't want it anymore.
We strive to process and ship orders as quickly as possible. For this reason, shipping addresses cannot be changed once an order has been paid. • When will my order arrive?
Most in stock items will ship within 5 business days by either USPS or UPS.
Items that are on back order will ship within 2-3 weeks when they become available.
Any items listed as "Pre-Orders" will ship at the estimated ship date in the item description.
Combined orders of in stock and Pre-Order items will ship together at the later Pre-Order estimated date.
Once the order has shipped, we will email your tracking information on the next day as tracking information generally becomes available 24 hours after we have shipped the order. We are not responsible for delays caused by the customs department in your country.

• What if the box or card I received is defective?
Please kindly reach out to us within 7 days from the date of delivery. When contacting us, include your order number and attach pictures or an unpacking video of the relevant item.
• If I don't like the card after opening the blind box, can I return or replace it?
Due to the nature of blind box products, we do not accept return and refund requests due to personal reasons.
Refunds
• Can I get a refund if I don't like it after I unbox it?
Our blind boxes are unique in that they offer an unboxing experience. This means that once the box is opened, it is considered consumed and we are unable to accept returns to maintain fairness for all customers. We will only accept refunds if the item is arrived damaged or it is the incorrect item ordered. We do not offer refunds for personal reasons such as changing your mind or not receiving the chase card you hoped for. We appreciate your understanding.
