• What is a blind box?

A blind box is sealed packaging designed to conceal the specific Designer Art Card inside until opened. Blind box products are intentionally randomized and may contain cards of varying rarity levels within a given series. Certain cards may be designated as “chase,” “hit,” or “secret” cards and are inserted in limited quantities.

• Can I purchase a specific card from a blind box series?

Unless explicitly stated otherwise in the product listing, individual cards cannot be selected or guaranteed at the time of purchase due to the randomized nature of blind box products.

From time to time, Saturday Morning Cards may offer special bundles, promotional configurations, or sealed case assortments that include guaranteed contents. Any guaranteed items will be clearly disclosed within the applicable product description.

• Am I guaranteed to receive a chase, hit, or secret card?

No. Chase, hit, and secret cards are randomly inserted and are not guaranteed unless expressly stated in the product description at the time of purchase.

Purchase of multiple blind boxes does not guarantee receipt of any specific card, rarity level, or assortment.


Orders & Shipping

• Can I change my shipping address after placing an order?

Orders are processed quickly to ensure timely fulfillment. As a result, shipping addresses generally cannot be modified after an order has been submitted.

Customers are solely responsible for ensuring that all shipping information provided at checkout is accurate and complete. Saturday Morning Cards is not responsible for delays, losses, failed deliveries, or additional carrier fees resulting from incorrect or incomplete shipping information submitted by the customer.

If a shipment has already been dispatched, customers may contact the shipping carrier directly to request delivery adjustments where available. Saturday Morning Cards cannot guarantee carrier accommodation of such requests.

• Can I cancel my order?

Order cancellation requests are not guaranteed and are subject to processing status at the time the request is received.

Once an order has entered processing, fulfillment, or shipment preparation, it may no longer be eligible for cancellation.

• When will my order ship?

Estimated shipping timelines are provided for informational purposes only and are not guaranteed delivery dates.

  • In-stock items generally ship within approximately 5 business days.
  • Backordered items may require additional processing time depending on inventory availability.
  • Pre-order items are expected to ship according to the estimated timeframe listed in the product description; however, release dates and fulfillment schedules are subject to change without notice.

Orders containing both in-stock and pre-order items may be held and shipped together once all items become available.

Saturday Morning Cards is not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers, customs processing, weather conditions, labor disruptions, or other circumstances beyond our control.


Returns, Replacements & Damaged Items

• What if my item arrives damaged or defective?

Customers must contact us within 7 days of confirmed delivery regarding any damaged, defective, or incorrect items.

Claims submitted without sufficient supporting documentation, including photographs and/or unboxing video evidence, may be denied at our discretion.

Saturday Morning Cards reserves the right to determine eligibility for replacement, refund, store credit, or other resolution methods on a case-by-case basis.

• Can I return or exchange an opened blind box product?

Due to the randomized and collectible nature of blind box products, opened items are generally not eligible for return, exchange, or replacement for reasons including, but not limited to:

  • dissatisfaction with the card received,
  • duplicate pulls,
  • personal preference,
  • or failure to receive a chase, hit, or secret card.

Refund Policy

• Can I receive a refund after opening my blind box?

Opened blind box products are considered consumed collectible products and are not eligible for refund solely due to customer preference or dissatisfaction with randomized contents.

Refunds or replacements may only be considered in cases involving:

  • verified shipping damage,
  • manufacturer defects,
  • or fulfillment errors involving incorrect items shipped.

All refund and replacement determinations are made at the sole discretion of Saturday Morning Cards.


Purchases from Authorized Retailers

• I purchased my product from a distributor or retail partner. Who do I contact for support?

Products purchased through authorized distributors, retailers, convention vendors, or third-party sellers must be serviced directly through the original seller in accordance with their individual return and support policies.
