Processing Times
All order processing and shipping times are estimates only and are not guaranteed.
- In-stock items generally ship within 1โ5 business days after processing begins.
- Pre-order items ship according to the estimated release date listed on the product page. These dates are subject to change without notice.
Processing times may vary due to order volume, inventory availability, or operational delays.
Combined In-Stock & Pre-Order Orders
If an order contains both in-stock and pre-order items, the entire order will be held and shipped together once the pre-order item becomes available.
This means in-stock items will not ship separately unless otherwise stated at checkout or explicitly fulfilled in separate shipments at our discretion.
Customers who wish to receive in-stock items sooner are responsible for placing separate orders.
Delivery Estimates
Delivery times are estimates only and are not guaranteed.
Once shipped, most domestic orders within the United States typically arrive within 1โ2 weeks depending on carrier performance.
We are not responsible for carrier delays, weather disruptions, customs processing, or other events outside our control.
Split Shipments
Orders may be shipped in multiple packages at our discretion depending on inventory availability or fulfillment logistics.
Multiple tracking numbers may be issued for a single order.
Lost, Delayed, or Stolen Packages
Once a shipment has been transferred to the carrier, risk of loss transfers to the customer.
SATURDAY MORNING CARDS is not responsible for lost, stolen, delayed, or misdelivered packages once they are in carrier possession.
Carrier tracking showing โdeliveredโ constitutes proof of fulfillment.
Any assistance provided is discretionary and does not guarantee replacement or refund.
Address Accuracy
Customers are responsible for providing complete and accurate shipping information at checkout. Orders delivered to the address provided are considered fulfilled.
