The Good Mark, to denote those who are under his protection. Considered the first superhero by many, The Phantom first appeared in 1936 as a newspaper adventure comic that is still running in 2026. His stories have appeared as comics, novels, television and film. While an American creation, he’s truly an international icon with original stories still being created everywhere from Australia to India.
